These guys are amazing. My truck hasn’t needed much work over the years but whenever I call them up, they remember me and my truck just from my first name. They have multiple times told me not to do an expensive bit of work that I asked for, explaining to me that I should just live with the minor thing that was irritating me until it got a lot worse or something related (eg clutch pad) needed work at the same time. They are absolutely ethical, will not bullshit you or upsell you, do quality work, are very knowledgeable, and charge fair prices. Top tier shop.

Huge thank you to Joey & the team at the North Van location, I’ve been chasing a traction / sway gremlin for years now and recently it got worse. Two tire shops, two Chrysler dealerships, an HD mechanic, asking far and wide knowledgeable people couldn’t figure it out. Turns out everyone was looking in the wrong place. It was a rear axel issue causing front end symptoms. They got me in and out in 4 hours and the truck handles better than new! Piggy was going to market if this attempt failed.

The store is best visited in person, when not busy. Each conversation with customers takes time. Even if you know exactly what you want, getting the order right still takes time. Be patient, it can be worth the wait. There website needs work. I was looking for a specific brand of bumper. The website mentioned nothing of the brand, but to my surprise, they said "yes" we can get those!

I’ve been wanting to run spacers for a long time and finally decided to get it done. Called up North Shore Off-Road and the whole process was smooth start to finish. Jason was professional and easy to deal with. I had to call a couple times about scheduling since the shop was short on mechanics, talked to Rich who took the time to check the schedule and suggested a better time for me to come in. Because of that, the install was done in about 45 minutes instead of me waiting around all day. These guys know their stuff and also care about making the customer experience as painless as possible. Super happy with the results — truck looks way better now. Definitely recommend them.
