Since 1985 it has been our goal to serve our customers in all ways from in-store expert advice to installations North Shore Off Road has been serving the off road, suspension and over landing market for decades. With multiple locations in Alberta and BC and longstanding freight relationships it is our goal to get your product delivered quickly, safely and hassle free.  

North Shore Offroad currently offers shipping to your destination using Canada Post, Loomis Express. Our goal is to find the most effective delivery method to reach your destination easily and trouble free. 

Shipping via our preferred methods is free within Canada for orders over $99, with the exceptions noted below.  

  1.  Free shipping on orders over $99 excluding oversized items and remote locations apply to your complete order. Your order will be shipped free of charge once the entire order arrives and is ready to ship. Free shipping does not apply on patrtial order shipments.
  2. Certain oversized items will incur additional charges which are identified on the individual product pages. Examples would include Roof Top Tents, Fender Flares, Cargo Boxes, Box Covers and Bumpers with a charge of $100 - $500 per item depending on delivery location. 
  3.  A shipping charge will be calculated based on your delivery location on all orders under $99 not including tax and or special handling charges.
  4. Shipping rates in Canada are subject to change for remote or hard to reach locations inside of Canada. In such case you will be contacted with the additional charges before we process your order.
  5. In store pick-up. All freight and shipping charges will be waived for all in-store pickup in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Grande Prairie, Surrey, North Vancouver, Edson, Prince George.
  6. Orders to some locations can be rejected based on suspected fraud rules and algorithms.   It is our priority to ensure we and our customers are protected as best as possible.
  7. Prior purchases and returns are excluded from free shipping.
  8. Customers may be required to pay to have their order re-shipped if it has been re-routed back to one of our drop-off locations.

Signing on Delivery/Freight Damage

We recommend all deliveries are signed and inspected by an adult, preferably by the person who made the order. This step ensures that you are confident that the product is damage free, accurate and most importantly 100% what you want. Should the product have damage or not be correct, not accepting the product and contacting one of our experts will help you to find a solution quickly.
