BDS Lift Kit 6in w/3in Rear Block And 2.0 IFP PS Snap Ring w/FOX Shocks

These snap ring coilover systems join the current lineup offering improved performance and capability. These kits are based around the tried and true high clearance technology that has made BDS the go to for F150 suspension lifts, designed from the ground up to get the more out of your truck with the most ground clearance on the market. While some companies build inkitsin to fit larger tires, BDS Suspension prides itself in engineering complete suspension systems designed to take your vehiclefts performance to the next level while retaining OE-level functionality. At the heart of these new systems are a pair of precision tuned FOX 2.0 performance series (non-reservoir) coilover struts designed for use with the factory coil spring and top plate. These non-reservoir FOX coilovers offer improved onroad and off-road performance and allow easy setup with 2 snap ring grooves for either 4in or 6in of lift. They are a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies and improve damper performance featuring a 2.0in extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion, along with an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOXfts proprietary internals, 5/8in hard chrome plated heat treated alloy shaft. Complimenting the coilover struts, BDS utilizes a pair of specially designed 1/4in thick laser cut high clearance crossmembers to maximize clearance and provide a solid mounting point for the OE lower control arms. These paired with a high strength differential skid plate to create a rigid subframe while adding protection for vital steering and driveline components. In place of the factory steering knuckles a pair of specially designed ductile iron replacement steering knuckles are supplied to maintain proper steering geometry for ESC system compatibility. These connect to the factory steering with a pair of heavy duty replacement tie rod ends included in the kit. The front differential is repositioned with BDSfts multipoint relocation bracket system tying into the frame and control arm pockets to further secure the front differential to keep CV axle angles at a minimum. A front driveshaft spacer is also supplied along with longer hardware to allow the reinstallation of the factory driveshaft. A pair of sway bar drop brackets used to correct the operating angle of the factory sway bar as well as created a strong brace between the rear crossmember and the frame. Rounding out the front of this kit are new lower control arm cam bolts to allow alignment and a weld-in frame reinforcement plate for extra strength. In the rear of this performance lift kit, the factory block is replaced with a tall lift block and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance. Also included, BDS supplies brake line and ABS line brackets allow the use of factory brake lines. Rear damper capacity is improved by your choice of specially tuned FOX 2.0 IFP Performance Series gas shocks to match the front performance. All kits come finished in a durable textured black powder coat and sent with all hardware packs to complete the install along with step-by-step installation instructions.
